Procedure to make Almond Paste

Ingredients
6ozground almonds
3ozcaster sugar 3 oz icing sugar 1 ts lemon juice
1eachegg yolk
1almond essence, few drops

Directions:

To make the almond paste: Sift the ground almonds and sugars together. Add
the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead lightly on a board.
